FAQs General

Catalog pricing is suggested retail and excludes delivery and taxes. We will endeavor to honor prices shown until February of the following calendar year. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Products created using our 4 colour process are printed with the following ink colours: cyan, magenta, yellow, and black. Metallics and fluorescents are not available and we cannot guarantee precise PMS colour matches. 

Please fax (905-428-3847) or email (art@premiums-plus.com) your purchase order and artwork. Under no circumstance will production begin without an authorized purchase order and proper artwork (see artwork guidelines). Your order form should be clearly printed and legible. We will not be held responsible for errors caused by inaccurate order forms. We will acknowledge your purchase order within 48 hours of receipt. Please review your acknowledgement carefully to ensure we have understood your instructions fully and fax or email any changes required. You do not have to fax or email if no changes are necessary. Our acknowledgement is considered final confirmation of order and we will proceed with the order as stated

All orders will receive a proof free of charge. Proofing includes one (1) proof and one (1) edit. Additional edits available at a cost of $10 each. An email or fax confirming the approval of the proof must be sent in order for the order to be processed.

Repeat orders can be placed if you want the exact same artwork and size from previous orders. Any changes will be considered new orders. All repeats orders will be proofed, but will not require an approval and will be sent directly to production within 24 hours.

Dates must be approved and confirmed by Premiums Plus before a rush order is approved. We will not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control that do not allow us to make delivery dates. Orders will be invoiced and payment is expected for all shipped orders.

Please state the preferred method of delivery on your purchase order. If one is not indicated we will select our courier of choice. Please note first consideration will be given to time and not cost of transportation. FOB Pickering, Ontario L1W 3V8.

Please supply all addresses. A fee of $15 per location will be charged in addition to the shipping cost. Additional charges may apply if equal quantities are not requested.

All first orders with Premiums Plus require a full payment prior to shipping. Customers with approved credit are 2% - 10 NET 30 days. Additional bank fees are not the responsibility of Premiums Plus. Credit card payments are accepted.

While not typical, all orders are subject to a 5% over / under run and will be considered complete.

Orders may not be returned without authorization. If there is a problem with an order, you must notify Premiums Plus within 10 working days from receipt of order. Cancellations and changes will be invoiced for all work completed.
